Since WP released their new XACT closed cartridge spring forks back in 2024, we have seen some issues with the OEM spring seats breaking. Some of this issue is due to the lack of, or no spring preload being applied from the factory but also due to the injection moulded plastic they are made of being very brittle.
Our solution was to make a replacement that was CNC machined from solid stock POM for increased durability, and precise fitment. These are a direct OEM replacement and are a great preventative maintenance upgrade for your fork to eliminate issues in the future and keep you riding longer!
